Brent Molen – My Story
Brent loves leveraging data to its maximum potential to help businesses move forward. He helps entrepreneurs excel in accountability and make data-driven decisions to boost profits and accelerate growth. Brent shares expertise in Lean Processes, 6 Sigma, Kanban Systems, EOS Implementation, Process Build-out, Prioritization, Systemology, Scaling Up, and Tableau.
Brent has diverse work experience and spent over a decade helping businesses streamline operations and drive efficiency. He spent 3 years at MetalMart, a year at MityLite, 7 years at Lockheed Martin, and a year at InTech Technology. Brent graduated from Brigham Young University with a Manufacturing Engineering Degree minor in Business Entrepreneurship and completed his MBA with a 3.92 GPA from the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
